At Curry’s Grooming Shop, the safety, and well-being of all our guests are paramount. To ensure a comfortable and secure environment for every dog, we kindly ask that all necessary vaccinations and preventive measures be in place.

Vaccination and Preventive Requirements

For the health and safety of all dogs in our care, we require proof of up-to-date vaccinations against rabies, distemper, and kennel cough. Please provide documentation upon your arrival. Additionally, we ask that all dogs be on a flea treatment program to maintain a clean and pest-free environment.

Playtime Paradise

We offer a plethora of play options to keep your friend entertained and engaged throughout the day. With four expansive fenced-in play yards outdoors and a cozy indoor play area, your dog will have plenty of room to romp, run, and socialize under the supervision of our attentive staff.

Convenient Daycare Services

Daycare services are available Monday through Friday for your convenience. Drop-offs begin at 7:30 am, allowing your dog to start their day with excitement and energy, while pick-ups are scheduled by 5:30 pm to ensure a smooth transition back home.

Daycare Rate

Our daycare services are priced at $35 per day, providing exceptional value for a day filled with fun, socialization, and supervised playtime for your companion.

Boarding Release and Consent

I, the undersigned, do hereby certify that I am the owner, or duly authorized agent for the owner, of the animal described on this form, and that I here by, give the veterinarian, their agents, employees or representatives, full and complete authority to perform the procedure described as: Emergency Service and to perform any other procedure that, at their discretion, may be useful to promote the health of the above described pet. I accept full responsibility for the fees generated by such services, and realize they are due and payable at the time the animal is released from the hospital.

While vaccinations are not guaranteed to provide 100% immunity, I understand the vaccination requirements and have agreed to them. I understand that in the event of an emergency, that Curry's Grooming Shop will use their best judgment in treatment of my pet.

I understand and agree that during normal dog play, my dog may sustain injuries. Dog play is monitored by Curry's Grooming Shop to best avoid injury, but scratches, punctures, torn ligaments, and other injuries may occur despite the best supervision.

I further understand and agree that Curry's Grooming Shop will not be held liable for any illness, injury, or death arising from or as a result of my dog attending Curry's Grooming Shop.

Cancellations must be done 48-hours prior to reservation date. If cancellation notice is less than 48-hours I will be subject to pay up to 50% of the service scheduled.
